Balinese Inspired Holiday Lunchbox Inspiration

We've been fortunate enough to have spent the past two weeks travelling in Bali, so today's lunchbox inspiration was Balinese inspired.

One thing that I underestimated before we left home was just how much our 4 year old loves Mie Goreng. It's been her nightly go to for dinner and there's no sign of that trend slowing down. 

We packed our trusty Bento Five lunchbox, MontiiCo Ice Pack and MontiiCo lunch bag so that we could keep her lunches fresh. 

Given we're in Bali, I took inspiration from our daughter's favourite foods so far:

• Mie Goreng
• Pink Dragon Fruit
• Banana 
• Fried Egg
• Pistachio Nuts
• Star Fruit
• Papaya 
• Dried Sweet Potato Chips
