Before purchasing from Mikki and Me please read the below Terms and Conditions.


PRICING

All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)  and include Goods and Services Tax (GST)

 

PAYMENT

Mikki and Me accepts payment for items by; PayPal, Shopify payments (credit card) and Afterpay.

 

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the spelling of names on all personalised products are correct prior to checkout.  All names are printed exactly as they are appear within your order.  Mikki and Me will take no responsibility in spelling mistakes due to customer error.  If an item is received with a mistake due to a printing error, Mikki and Me must be contacted within seven (7) days of receiving item to discuss a resolution.

 

DELIVERY

Mikki and Me will post to any location Worldwide.  We post via EParcel (Australia Post).

We offer 2 choices of postage. Regular (5-10 working days) and Priority (3-5 working days). Whilst we always endeavour to post within these time frames, we have no control once your parcel has left our warehouse. It then becomes responsibility of Australia Post. You can track your parcel with the tracking number we provide you via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

PRE ORDERS

Pre ordered items are indicated in the relevant listings.

If you place an order with a combination of ready to ship items AND Pre ordered items, your order will be sent all together once the pre ordered items are ready to ship.

 

REFUNDS/ DAMAGED ITEMS

Mikki and Me take great care in sending items in perfect condition.  If however an item is received which is faulty, damaged or not as described, a full refund or exchange is offered.  Mikki and Me must be contacted within seven (7) days of receiving item to discuss refund/exchange options
 
Please choose carefully as refunds are not offered to customers who "change their mind" and no longer wish to have the item.
