Replacement straw tops are now available for the B.Box insulated drink bottles. Please note that these do not include straws and are for the insulated drink bottles only. Each pack includes two replacement straw tops. Dishwasher safe and PVC, BPA and Phthalates free.

1. How long will my water stay cold?

The B.Box double-walled insulated stainless steel drink bottle will keep your liquids cold for up to 8 hours.

2. How long will my water/liquid stay warm?

Liquids will stay warm for up to 6 hours thanks to the double-walled insulated stainless steel. For best results, partially fill the bottle with hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pour out the water and then fill as per normal. Pre-warming the bottle will help to keep your liquids warm.

3. Will the drink bottle leak?

Provided that the lid is closed and the drink bottle is stored upright, the b.box insulated drink bottle will not leak. Please note that liquids can escape from the bottle if it is turned upside down.

4. How big is the insulated drink bottle?

The b.box drink bottle is 500ml.

Mikki and Me ships from Perth and offers free shipping for all orders Australia-wide over $149. For orders under $149, our flat rate standard shipping is $10.95. The majority of standard shipping orders will arrive within 7-10 days of being dispatched from our warehouse. You may choose to upgrade to Express Post at checkout with prices starting at $15.95 and will be based on the weight of your parcel. The majority of Express Post parcels arrive within 2-4 days of being dispatched from our warehouse

Please note that there may be seasonal fluctuation (eg: Christmas and Back to School) that may mean our dispatch times are longer than usual. Occasionally there may be events that occur which are outside our control in which case there may be a delay in packing your order. We will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. Where your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. Where your order contains a personalised item, your personalised item will be sent separately to the remainder of your order. Please refer to the manufacturing times on each personalised product listing.

From time to time, where a product is not in stock within our main warehouse, it may be shipped to you separately from another warehouse. Where this occurs, you will receive your order in more than one parcel. Please do not be alarmed if part of your order appears to be missing as it will most likely be on its way to your separately.
