Returns & Exchanges


Mikki & Me offers its customers a 30 day returns policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items or for change of mind as all orders are final. However, in lieu of providing a refund, we will offer a store credit where returned items meet the below eligibility criteria. If you are unsure about what product(s) to order, please use the “Chat with us” function on our website so that we can best assist you prior to placing your order.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, please return the item to us at your expense by using tracked parcel post (the return address will be provided) and ensure that it is in the same condition as it was when you received it. This means that the item(s) must be in its original packaging and cannot have been washed, used or worn or have parts that are either damaged or missing in their entirety.  If we have made an error in processing your order, we will pay for the item to be shipped back to us. 

If Mikki & Me determines, in its sole discretion, that the item(s) meets our exchange policy eligibility criteria, then we will issue you with a credit note for the purchase price of the item. Credit notes issued by Mikki & Me will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

In the event that an item presents with a major fault, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price less the original shipping costs incurred at time of purchase. Please notify us by emailing support@mikkiandme.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. When contacting Mikki & Me, please include all necessary photographs or videos of the apparent fault so that we may remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Where the item(s) has not been manufactured by Mikki & Me, we will work with our supply partners to remedy the problem. Any warranty claims will be determined by the manufacturer of the product at their sole discretion. Please do not email the manufacturer/brand directly as we are here to assist you.

Please bear in mind that general wear and tear and use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Whilst we stand behind the quality of the products which we stock here at Mikki & Me, we all know that children are some of the toughest product testers out there. To ensure the longevity of the products which you purchase from Mikki & Me, please familiarise yourself with the proper care instructions for each product purchased.
