Simply enter your child’s name and preferred pronoun (she/he/they etc), the names of two of their friends and your town/suburb, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your child’s name will appear throughout the story, and their friends’ names will appear on one page.

2. Can I add a personalised message?

Yes. You absolutely can add a personalised message (up to 150 words) and we will include it on the inside cover. Create a truly memorable keepsake for you and your family.

3. Where are the books printed?

Your personalised Fun in the Snow book will be printed and dispatched to you within 3 business days from our commercial printing facility in Australia.

4. How long will it take to receive my book?

Your personalised book will be printed within 3 business days and will dispatched to you by Australia Post’s regular postal service. Please allow 4-8 business days to receive your book. Please note that these delivery timeframes are an estimate only and once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over the delivery times.

5. What materials is the Fun in the Snow personalised book made from?

We are committed to treading lightly on this Earth for both our children and their future generations. With that in mind, the book cover is printed using 300gsm silk FSC certified, carbon neutral paper (sourced from sustainable forests) with a plastic-free gloss varnish finish to add some protection from sticky fingers. Each of the internal pages are comprised of 100gsm FSC certified and carbon-neutral paper harvested from sustainable forests. With these eco properties in mind, this book is 99% biodegradable and compostable.

6. How big is my book?

Once printed, your book will measure approximately 207mm x 207mm. It comprises 24 pages (inclusive of cover).

6. What age is the Fun in the Snow suitable for?

We recommend this book for ages 3 to 6. However, they can be enjoyed at any age.

Please note that there may be seasonal fluctuation (eg: Christmas and Back to School) that may mean our dispatch times are longer than usual. Occasionally there may be events that occur which are outside our control in which case there may be a delay in packing your order. We will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. If you are concerned about dispatch times, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Where your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. Where your order contains a personalised item, your personalised item will be sent separately to the remainder of your order. Please refer to the manufacturing times on each personalised product listing.

From time to time, where a product is not in stock within our main warehouse, it may be shipped to you separately from another warehouse. Where this occurs, you will receive your order in more than one parcel. Please do not be alarmed if part of your order appears to be missing as it will most likely be on its way to your separately. Please reach out if you are concerned that your order is missing an item.
